Teide National Park


This park is part of the UNESCO list, meaning it a world-heritage site. Teide volcano is the highest point in Spain and there is an observatory for visitors. This national park is frequented by many tourists each year.

Loro Parque


Loro Parque is a zoo with exhibits of gorillas and tigers as well as more exotic animals like penguins. There is a dolphin show as well as a man-made iceberg on display for visitors.

Palmitos Park has many things to offer families or groups. The park has both dolphin shows as well as walking paths through mountainous landscapes that are subtropical with a lot of naturally sunny areas. There are both orchid and butterfly houses at the park that are wonderful for children.

Casa de Colon


The Casa de Colon is a former governors home with ornate features. It was visited by Columbus and has since been turned into museum with exhibits as tribute to his ship life as well as his many voyages.

Barranca del Infierno


Through hiking trails located on Tenerife, you can see beautiful waterfalls. These trails are located in the southern part of the island in the town of Adeje. Even locals find these trails a popular destination.
